Prayer and Worship
Welcome to Congregation Ocean Reef located in the Ocean Reef Club in North Key Largo Florida. Started as a Havurah over 30 years ago with a handful of families, Congregation Ocean Reef was incorporated in 2021, as a 501(c)(3), for the purpose of providing a place for worship for the Ocean Reef Jewish community. Our congregation is located within the new Ocean Reef Chapel and Fellowship Center, one of four dominations that share this magnificent location.
Here at Ocean Reef, we are One Family, within One Community, serving Four Congregations.
The central purpose of any synagogue is the development of Jewish spirituality.
Here at Congregation Ocean Reef, we believe we best serve God through worship and fellowship, allowing for the personal experience of prayer to coexist alongside a welcoming spiritual environment for those of all denominations.
Shabbat
In season, we will gather at 6 pm each Shabbat for Candle lighting and prayer in the Fellowship Hall of the Chapel. All are Welcome.
One Friday each month we will host visiting clergy to lead us in the main Sanctuary. This service is followed by a Shabbat dinner, and continues on Saturday morning with a study and learning session at 9:30 am.
